About
TopTier Careers is a free, curated job aggregator focused on the highest-paying technology companies in the world. We track engineering, product, design, and business roles at companies where senior engineers consistently earn above $300K in total compensation. Every listing links directly to the company's own application page. We never collect your personal data or charge any fees.
Our niche
We don't try to list every job on the internet. We focus on ~50 companies known for top-of-market compensation and exceptional engineering culture. If you're an experienced engineer, PM, or designer looking for your next high-impact, well-compensated role — this is built for you.
How companies are selected
Our primary signal is total compensation: a company qualifies if its senior-engineer equivalent (L5/E5/IC3) total comp is consistently above ~$300K in major US markets, as tracked by Levels.fyi and similar compensation databases.
Supporting signals
- Strong engineering reputation and high hiring bar
- Brand recognition — engineers would consider it an aspirational employer
- Active public engineering culture (blog, open-source, conference talks)
What does NOT qualify a company
- Pure valuation or market cap — a $100B conglomerate with mediocre compensation doesn't qualify
- Headcount — a 50,000-person IT services company is not the same as a company paying 2x market rate

Each job card may display contextual badges linking to external resources:
Where the data comes from
Job listings are fetched directly from each company's official career API or public job board. We use Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, and custom API integrations. No scraping of third-party job aggregators.
How often is it updated?
Job listings: Every source is fetched at least once per day. Cron jobs run every 30 minutes and automatically retry any source that failed.
Stale jobs: Jobs that aren't seen in a fetch run are marked inactive after 24 hours and removed entirely after 7 days.
