This person will oversee an explosive growth opportunity in the Greater China Region with a unique potential for sustained global impact. Visit our </em><a href="https://www.pinterestcareers.com/pinflex/"><em>PinFlex</em></a><em> landing page to learn more.&nbsp;</em></p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>What you’ll do:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Lead a high-performing team of Account Managers and Partner Managers to deliver against quarterly revenue targets for the Greater China markets.</li> <li>Liaise and serve as the key point of contact for key agencies in the Greater China Region ; develop, maintain and deepen the relationships with the senior stakeholders of Pinterest’s sales partners.</li> <li>Develop and deploy acquisition and retention sales strategy &amp;&nbsp; programs that drive results for Pinterest’s sales partners.</li> <li>Implement processes and strategies at scale to grow revenue and empower the team to operate at scale.</li> <li>Achieve revenue targets through effective planning, setting sales goals, analyzing data on past performance, and projecting future performance.</li> <li>Communicate the progress of weekly/monthly/quarterly initiatives to stakeholders across time zones in a timely and clear fashion.</li> <li>Work cross-regionally and cross-functionally to build cohesive partnerships with peers and internal stakeholders, including product, sales operations, and marketing.</li> <li>Plan and participate in local Pinterest marketing events and present on behalf of Pinterest’s business.&nbsp;</li> <li>Motivate and develop sales talent in partnership with the Vendor, creating a positive culture of accountability.</li> <li>Utilize predictive modeling to forecast campaign performance and budget impact, enabling smarter allocation of resources for clients.</li> <li>Advise clients on leveraging Pinterest’s AI-powered audience targeting tools to reach the most relevant users with the highest conversion potential.</li> </ul> <p><br><br></p> <p><strong>What we’re looking for:</strong></p> <ul> <li>8+ years of professional experience in digital media sales, online advertising, or sales leadership.</li> <li>Well-acquainted with the export advertising business of the Greater China market; experienced in working with sales partners in the Greater China area.</li> <li>A data-driven leader with the ability to lead teams against aggressive goals.</li> <li>Demonstrated track record of leading and inspiring others.</li> <li>Experience in process management, operations management, and understanding how to grow and scale businesses.</li> <li>Ability to extract insights from data to inform strategic decisions and translate them into action plans.</li> <li>Comfortable working in a dynamic and rapidly changing environment.</li> <li>Business proficiency in Mandarin and English is a must.</li> <li>Experience working with outsourced vendors is a plus.</li> <li>Experience working with Agencies/Resellers is a plus.</li> <li>Fluent in Salesforce, Tableau, Excel, and other sales productivity software.</li> <li>Ability to leverage AI-powered analytics platforms to identify trends, segment audiences, and optimize campaign strategies for clients.</li> <li>Experience utilizing AI-based creative tools to produce, test, and refine advertising content, and deliver data-backed recommendations for creative optimization.</li> <li>Comfortable with 30% of travel time.</li> <li>BA/BS degree.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Relocation Statement:</strong></p> <ul> <li>This position is not eligible for relocation assistance.</li> </ul> <p><strong>In-Office Requirement Statement:</strong></p> <ul> <li>We recognize that the ideal environment for work is situational and may differ across departments.
