This role will own and scale account-based and lifecycle programs across our Commercial customer segment, with a clear mandate to drive product adoption, expansion pipeline, net revenue retention, and account growth.</span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 10pt;">This is a highly cross-functional, revenue-impacting role partnering closely with Sales, Customer Success, Business Development, Regional Marketing, Product Marketing, and Product to design and execute programs that directly influence expansion and retention outcomes.</span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 10pt;">You’ll play a critical role in helping customers realize value faster, expand into new use cases, and grow their Fivetran footprint over time.</span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 10pt;">This is a full-time, hybrid position based out of our Denver, CO office. Our hybrid work model offers a blend of remote flexibility and in-person collaboration, including two days in the office each week to connect and build as a team</span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 10pt;"><strong>Technologies You’ll Use</strong></span></p> <ul> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Demandbase, Webflow, Marketo, Mutiny, Postal.io, Salesforce, and Looker</span></li> </ul> <p><span style="font-size: 10pt;"><strong>What You’ll Do</strong></span></p> <ul> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Own the expansion-focused ABM strategy for Commercial customer accounts across the full post-sale lifecycle</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Build and scale 1:1, 1:few, and 1:many ABM programs to drive expansion pipeline, cross-sell, and multi-product adoption</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Partner with Sales and Customer Success to align programs to account plans, expansion motions, and revenue targets</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Design multi-channel lifecycle campaigns to accelerate time-to-value, increase product adoption, and improve retention</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Activate personalized expansion and cross-sell plays using product usage data, intent signals, and buying indicators</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Deliver tailored account experiences, including personalized campaigns, content, and microsites</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Optimize programs using engagement, product, and revenue performance data</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Measure and report on impact across expansion pipeline, closed-won expansion, net revenue retention, and churn reduction</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Partner with analytics and operations to ensure accurate attribution and revenue impact tracking</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Drive experimentation and apply best practices to continuously improve expansion and lifecycle performance</span></li> </ul> <p><span style="font-size: 10pt;"><strong>Skills We’re Looking For</strong></span></p> <ul> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">5+ years of B2B marketing experience, with a strong focus on ABM, customer lifecycle, or revenue marketing</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Proven track record driving expansion pipeline, account growth, and revenue outcomes</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Deep understanding of post-sale lifecycle marketing, account-based strategy, and expansion motions</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Hands-on experience with ABM and marketing platforms (Demandbase, RollWorks, Marketo, Salesforce, etc.)</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Strong ability to partner with Sales and Customer Success on revenue-driven account strategies</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Excellent written and verbal communication skills</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Highly organized and comfortable managing multiple high-impact initiatives</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Data-driven mindset with the ability to turn insights into revenue programs</span></li> </ul> <p><span style="font-size: 10pt;"><strong>Bonus Skills​</strong></span></p> <ul> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Demandbase Certification</span><br><br><span style="font-size: 10pt;">#LI-HYBRID #LI-JC1</span></li> </ul><div class="content-pay-transparency"><div class="pay-input"><div class="description"><p>The compensation range displayed on this job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire compensation for the target position and level, and may include sales incentives or target bonuses depending on the role. &nbsp;Our compensation ranges are determined by role, level, and location.
